Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of YB Analytics ("the Application"), a private, internal analytics tool operated by the office of YB Syerleena Abdul Rashid, Member of Parliament for Bukit Bendera (P048), Malaysia ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

The Application is an internal dashboard that helps the office of YB Syerleena Abdul Rashid understand the performance of her own official social media accounts. With the explicit authorisation of the account owner, it reads that account's own profile statistics and the public metrics of its own published content, and displays them privately for internal review. The Application does not publish content and does not access any account other than the one that has granted authorisation.

2. Authorised Use

The Application is for the sole use of authorised personnel of the office of YB Syerleena Abdul Rashid. You agree to use it only for lawful, internal analytical purposes and not to misuse, resell, or redistribute any data accessed through it.

3. Third-Party Platforms & Data

The Application accesses data from TikTok through TikTok's official Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), only after the account owner grants consent via TikTok's secure OAuth login. Such access and use are subject to TikTok's Terms of Service and Developer Terms. Data obtained is used only for the internal analytical purposes described above.

4. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By using the Application you also agree to that Privacy Policy.

5. No Warranty

The Application is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data shown will always be accurate or current.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Application.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
